The meat-centric dinner menu from former Bouley chef Justin Farmer emphasizes seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients and the space has been built almost entirely of recycled material and includes numerous creative nuances, such as repurposed doorknobs as tap handles, and school desks as dining tables.
