Celebrate MLK Day

I love Google’s logo icon for Martin Luther King day, today. Martin Luther Kind day became a holiday in May, 1989, when it was signed into law by then-President George H.W. Bush.

For many workers today in America, they can thank King for getting them a paid vacation day (not me, btw.)

For millions of other Americans, they can thank King for his relentless pursuit of freedom (but this I will thank him for!)

And Google can thank King for inspiring one of their many custom logos.

  1. Hey Doanie you really meant Martin Luther “Kind” day ( instead of King) what a coincidence also today Google is investigating an employee for its lately cyber attack.
