Bret & Jemaine, the Characters, are No More – but the Real Bret & Jemaine Will Continue to Exist
The statement released by Bret McKenzie and Jemaine Clement of Flight of the Conchords:
December 10th
Bret, Jemaine and James (co-creator/director) said “we’ve noticed the less we say about the future of the show, the more people want to talk about it, so in an effort to reverse this trend we are today announcing that we won’t be returning for a 3rd season. We’re very proud of the two seasons we made and we like the way the show ended. We’d like to thank everyone who helped make the show and also everyone who watched it. While the characters Bret and Jemaine will no longer be around, the real Bret and Jemaine will continue to exist.

Sweet Sexy Aprons for the Cute Homemaker in Your Life
Susan and Veronica wanted to invent a retro and fun apron that didn’t harken back to a time of simple docility but rather the modern times of savviness & playfulness with fun, expressive designs. I think these make great gifts because…
- No one really wears aprons, but these are fun enough to wear home alone or while entertaining guests.
- These aprons are unique so the make great gifts for ladies who have everything.
- Shipping is FREE.. and they will ship your apron the same day you order it.
- Instead of walking the mall, opt to shop the small businesses – and these aprons only cost $40-$52 which is much cheaper than if you did find these in a mall.
- and… they make a STRAPLESS apron!
Anthropologie Opening in Chelsea Market
I’m actually really excited that Anthropologie is opening in the new large corner space in Chelsea Market (on 9th Ave/15th St) because I love that Chelsea Market will be a complete 1-stop shopping center for chocolate, wine, cookies and quaint provincial gifts like this naturally anti-fungal felted soap, $14. The store plans to open Spring, 2010.
